Lost and Stolen Cards

Please contact Fifth Third Bank lost/stolen cards at 1-800-528-2273 to report a lost or stolen debit card. This should be your first step in order to have access to the account prevented. If you have sustained a loss of funds as a result of a lost or stolen card, please contact the bank at (913) 585-1131.

To re-order a card that has been destroyed, please contact Great American Bank at (913) 585-1131.

Limitations:
Existing customer (Referrer): Incentive by Great American Bank will credited to your primary account within 30 days of the referred customer's opening of a qualified personal or business checking account. New customer (Referee): You must be a new customer to Great American Bank. You are not eligible if you are or were a signer on a Great American Bank personal or business account in the past 90 days. There is a $25 Early Account Closure fee for any account closed within the first 90 days after opening.
